So, I have recently switched from a tier 3 Litigation Firm in Delhi to an automobile manufacturing company as in-house counsel. Although i loved my work in the firm as i was in the disputes team but the payscale was very low there. I switched to in house only due to the monetary factor but i find myself bored throughout the day as the work is not even 5% of the work i used to do in the firm.
