there's no big deal about people leaving Vedanta or any company for that matter. It's like any other company where some folks move on after a while. After being there for 8 years, it's natural for someone to want a change. Plus, Vedanta has lots of young folks who are eager but sometimes not so committed, so they come and go and that kind of churning does not represent anything. Recently, Vedanta Legal department hired some really smart and senior legal folks, including one from the US. So, let's not make a fuss about nothing, okay?
