Got a T-1 internship for the first time. How to ensure the team likes my work?

Luck plays a huge role.

If you get a great team, work hard and try to seem like a nice and chill person. If you get a bad team ask if you want to work again with them. If not, it is okay to not pursue a call-back. Still, try to be decent with work.
