I have got a job in T1 with my internship and a decent gpa. I may or may not work there for long. My publications have been in some random websites which tbh are not worth mentioning in CV. Should I work on publication at the fag end of college to get atleast one decent publication or while working in T1 if I wanna switch to Inhouse.

Nah work ex triumphs publications, + you'll get to publish when you actually do join the t1 as well.

No, for academia you need great publications obv
