I am going to intern for the first time at a well known Tier 2 firm. And for the fast two months I have been growing a beard which is not too dense but is properly shaped.
Should I clean shave before day 1 at the firm? Or should I retain my beard?
Beards for religious reasons (Muslim/Sikh) are fine. Non-religious beards are acceptable if they are trimmed. In other words, Kohli beard is ok, Rahul Gandhi beard is not.
Can you recommend a professional looking beard style for less dense beard wala people. I have a beard which has much visibility from side. But looks like a "U" shape from the front with little to no front coverage.

Depends on how you look with/without it. If you look like a shaved pussy without the beard better to have the beard on just ensure that it’s evenly trimmed otherwise you can go for a clean shave. But no such policy exists at any firm that you need to be clean shaved unlike how many people may want you to believe
