Can anyone on Legally India explain company law in simple words i.e similar to how you would explain to a non-commerce background student fresh out of 12th ?

Or is there a good lecture series or a book which explains company law in such a simple manner?

there is a course on udemy by a practicing ca con comapnies Act. For rs. 299. Its really helpful and concise.

Hi Company Law is covered in good detail by Shubham Sukhlecha on YT. Just listen to all of his stuff, an excellent teacher. All basics would be clear.

Just have basic understanding of company, types of company, types of shares before you start with his classes. All the best.
