No. Not really equal to Trilegal. KCO A1 is equivalent to Trilegal’s A2. At Trilegal, A2 are making north of 25 LPA. Also, could you please let us know what’s your revised salary?

Same KCO PQE here. Genuinely shocked at the 2.15pm, was quite unexpected. From 1.55, I was max expecting 1.75 lol.

This sounds too good to be true. Are you saying that a person with 2 years of work experience is now going to make 28.5? Or is this a person with PQE 3??

This is true. A person with 2 PQE at KCo will make 21L (1.75L monthly) in fixed pay. Bonus is ofc variable / undisclosed, but expect around 6-7L.

Looks like KCO has not revised base pay at all. KCO's pay for A2 level, even 2 years back, was 18.6 (not inclusive of bonus).

Also you mean to say that KCO A3 pay is 25.8L (so that would be 20L fixed + 6L bonus)

For 2 years PQE, the base pay is 1.75L p.m + bonus. For 3 years PQE, the base pay is 2.15L p.m + bonus.
