1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

Cheesy I know but I had success on grinder with it.
I have been allotted a seat in NUSRL, Ranchi. Can someone enlighten me on the placement prospects?
GLC is day boarding morning college. Sometimes without a permanent principal or even 10 regular faculty. It gives almost free education so those who live in Mumbai and who find it difficult to bear the expenses at Jindal or NLU, should prefer GLC.
I hope this is helpful.
The university is charging as high fees as around 3.5 L yet it is not providing even the basic facilities due to LACK OF FUNDS. ▮▮▮
We have a temporary library which is very small and hardly any effort is being made for the construction of the permanent library. The same goes for the hostels. The university is increasing its batch size but no new hostel is being constructed. First-years have to stay far away from the campus without even basic facilities such as regular electricity supply.
Apart from this, there is no facility for sports.
Though the university, being situated in the bursting heat of Nagpur, has started using ACs in the hostels(this facility is still not available for first year students) yet the ACs in the Academic Block are not operational.
The worst thing is that hardly any construction work is being done.
Despite complaints from the Student Council, the university is not reducing the fees.
We have repeatedly put our efforts, yet hardly any action is being taken to improve the condition of the university.
It is a request to everyone who is reading this to contact platforms such as Bar and Bench, LiveLaw, etc. It will be a great help for us- the students of NLU Nagpur.
To the students of each university, please write a compelling argument (with categorical divisions) on why you believe that your university is ahead in light of recent achievements or developments.
Till date-
I have done research work on various topics
prepared case notes
drafted case briefs
proofread and formatted counter affidavits.
drafted eviction and adjournment notices
dictated some documents to the typist
read case files and tried to understand what the different documents were.
visited courts and watched the proceedings (I do not think I learned anything using this though)
I wanted to know this because I do not know what sort of work I can ask my senior to give me and whether my first two internships have been fruitful and worthwhile for me.

Regarding WFH, Monday to Wednesday is on-site and rest of the days are WFH.

I am a fresher, and I know their pay grade is absymal, but I am starting to see how it shouldn't really effect me for now because i need to hone my skills right? I spoke to a bunch of people who worked in the firm, and they all told me how its a great place to learn. I want to know from a student/fresher/former employee/potential employee's POV about the firm or literally just anyone who knows about the firm. Please help me! :(
Do girls experience sexual assault of any sort? I just want to go peacefully to job and come back till 8 pm - via metro or sometime in four-wheeler. I'd also like to go to clubs over the weekend. Is it safe for girls?
They are just attention seekers and follow anything that's cool
I find it incredibly hard to express myself clearly without writing walls of text. Simple tasks like keeping up with the news, doing groceries, or even understanding emails are a challenge. I can spend hours reading up on something, but I just can't seem to grasp it. I can see and peceive the words, but not process their meaning. When someone explains things to me, I zone out in a weird self-aware way. It's frustrating because I'm really trying to understand. Even short sentences take me forever to articulate properly despite full attention to subject matter. Even though I'm 24, mentally I feel at least a decade behind having somehow coasted through life to get to this point.
Coming back to my main problem, I've done a few internships, but they didn't give me the experience I expected. It is as if I've never done them at all. Actually, all I did during my internships was ask chat gpt and other interns for help regarding every other proposition because I couldn't figure out shit on my own.
Has anyone else been through something similar? I am afraid I'm on a steady cognitive decline ever since class 12th, idk why. Any advice on how to improve my comprehension and communication skills? What jobs should I seek rn? I struggle with both studying and doing practical everyday stuff. I'm apprehensive even if I do land up a job.. it will be like a ticking time bomb till I'm fired for being too dumb and incompetent. Where do I begin? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
As for applying to multiple openings, do it. No one should begrudge someone trying to make a living.
The primary reason for this decision is the double-sharing rooms with common washrooms. Each room is barely 10 by 15 feet, and approximately 60 students share just six toilets, with no geysers available.
Instead, I found a nice 3 BHK apartment for around 45k in a posh area of the city. Although the apartment is a bit far from campus, I have already booked a car, so travel shouldn’t be an issue.
My question is whether living off-campus will affect my academics and social relations.
