Living conditions might not be great at NUJS but they are manageable. Over 600 people are living on campus through the year without dying, so you'd be fine. If choosing a better campus was a factor then everyone would be rushing to Jindal and not NLUs.
People with a better rank obviously choose NUJS over NLUJ. I am not outrightly saying one is better than the other, but one is more favoured by the outside world than the other.
Also, NLUJ has better electives :)
good school extra curricular activities may help in foreign degrees tho.

They have a really well placed internship cycle across the two batches they have right now.
I talked to a few students over there, they said the college is good.
They even have constant guest visits from tier 1 law firms and in house counsels of pretty big companies, few students also end up interning under the in house counsels. Notably few internships were placed for even boutique law firms, one of the core members(friend of mine) of the placement cell said they will end up placing the 3rd year students at tier 2 and tier 1 law firms by end of 3rd year and start of 4th year.
Apparently firms like Emerson, Crisil (s&p global company), kelloggs, nivea, metro brands and many more are hiring interns from bitslaw, the batch size is small as well, comparing it to the 300+ batch size to the rest of law schools in India. Bits is around 180ish for BA and BBA LLB.
They have poached quite lot of professors from Jindal and few from NALSAR, NLUJ NUJS AND NLS.
All this made me think seriously of the law school, even above Jindal in many aspects. If fees is not a problem def go for Bitslaw i guess
the only problem is they charge way too much money, def not accessible to the middle class and even expensive for the upper class i guess.
fees would be around 12-13 lacs avg for 5 years
and additional expense around 1-2 lacs a year.
Assumed budget should be 65-70 lacs for all 5 years.
if they would decrease the fees it would be great honestly

And many others, besides.
If your average percentage is 60 and above, but below 65, then your options narrow slightly. I'd say UCL and LSE certainly go out the window, for sure in that scenario.
PS: What do you want the LLM for? Ain't gonna help in commercial law firm jobs in the UK, maximum helpful for academia. A UK LLM is quite expensive, and is going to get even more expensive, especially if the UK government's proposal to impose a 6% tax on foreign students' tuition fees on the universities goes through (and this excludes increases the unis themselves implement on a yearly basis). They are likely to pass those fee-increases onto the students, rather than absorbing it through savings and other "efficiencies".
