If a person doesn't talk about her identity, then what exactly do you expect her to talk about? "Focus on self-improvement"? What is there to improve? You want a "normal" conversation-but someone whom society deems abnormal cannot talk about "normal" things. For God's sake, keep your good advice to yourself!
Intersex people face genetic de-selection through pregnancy terminations and preimplantation genetic diagnosis, as well as abandonment, neglect, infanticide, and murder-simply because of their sex characteristics.
You are comparing intersex people with non-intersex individuals without acknowledging that intersex persons are among the most persecuted and marginalized members of society. You're right-she wasnโt denied admission because of her disability, but because of her sex characteristics.

Now what do I mean by it being a numbers game. There are 100s of firms/chambers out there, cold mail 5-10 a day, drop them a text on linkeding, engage with their law articles if they've written any, volunteer to be a research assistant for them, see if you can land a job after. Keep Cold mailing, I'd say walking into offices is also great. At the end of the day even if you get rejected by everyone for 10 days, you've already cold-mailed/talked to a 100 people, you're immune to rejections now and you're much more confident because you can now recognise patterns in these conversations. Now, you only need one person to say yes. That's all its gonna take. You are feeling bad about your situation anyway, might as well do something out of it. Go right on, and best of luck!!
thanks for making it clear where you stand

LI pe students ne halla macha rakha tha 2023 me foreign law firms ke liye
For instance in CLAT 2025 the national-level law entrance test, no less where Justice Gavai himself had to ask in open court, โWhich Vice-Chancellors are framing these questions?โ and added, โAll Vice-Chancellors sitting together calling themselves academicians of the highest repute.โ It's beyond embarrassing -it's public knowledge now that the Vice-Chancellor of MNLU Mumbai was deeply involved in setting that paper, which turned into one of the biggest blunder in CLATโs history
And honestly? Itโs almost comical. The VC canโt even frame a CLAT question properly? ๐๐ This isnโt just incompetence anymore - itโs arrogance cloaked in silence and sold as leadership.
MNLU Mumbai isnโt a university itโs a crisis on autopilot -and students are paying the price every single day. Is he taking classes there too? Because if he is, god help students there. - I genuinely donโt know whatโs going to be made out of you.
And letโs be honest - why would companies hire? If this is the quality of leadership at the top. They donโt need a placement brochure โ they just need to Google CLAT 2025 Supreme Court hearing and boom, red flags everywhere.
Itโs like saying, โTrust us, weโre a premier law school!โ while the VC is out there failing MCQs and dodging placement meetings.
Some teamโs partner wear sneakers or jeans on Friday which is okay, another team wears becomes a problem. Admin head keeps roaming around like a principal and very problematic and unwarranted comments. Orthodox policy and not in line with the top firms or in vogue with several of its clients.
These are the same fans who celebrated india's loose in the WC because no one else but dhoni should win the world cup, same fans who wants to see that one glimpse of Virat Kohli devastated, same fans who say Rohit Sharma is the credit stealer.
If this is not toxicity, i done know what is - according to them supporting your team with enthusiasm is toxicity, celebrating their players success in toxicity.

How should we read into this statement, given the criticism of Israel by the human rights community?

I have around 6 months PQE in litigation. I have completed an LLM from a reputed university abroad in Dispute Resolution, with a focus on commercial and investment arbitration.
Due to a recent change in circumstances in my family, I suddenly have been burdened with significant financial responsibilities and have become the sole provider for my family. This has made securing a stable role a pressing need for me and I can join immediately.
I have been consistently applying to partners and to chambers through personalised cold emails and Linkedin messages, but nothing seems to be working out.
As a first generation lawyer with limited contacts, Iโve found it challenging to navigate opportunities. Please let me know if there are any openings in firms or with individuals and how I can approach them.
Any advice and direction will be deeply appreciated.
Thank you.
