Personally for me, a lawyer is not just somebody who runs around in the court. A lawyer is somebody who litigates, drafts pleadings, does transactional work, negotiates, cracks deals, attends meetings, gets business for the firm and delivers what he promises. So litigation advocates who are trying to demean the corporate lawyers without knowing anything, and just to make themselves feel superior are really dumb for saying so. You like litigation, you go for it, another like corporate transactions, they go for that. Everything pays well, if you do well, otherwise not.

I know plenty of individuals who come from challenging financial backgrounds and have joined law firms through sheer hard work—much like any dedicated litigating lawyer. You have no right to judge them or dismiss their efforts. Perhaps instead of casting judgments, you should reflect on why you feel the need to demean others to elevate yourself. But if venting your frustrations on the internet helps you cope with whatever's lacking in your career, who am I to stop you? Just remember, respect in our profession is earned through merit and professionalism—not through childish insults and unfounded arrogance.

I did a big mistake. I mistakenly uploaded blank undertaking form and unattested documents in my aibe 19 registration form. My exams are going on and i just did this mistake out of pressure. Pls help me. What should I do? I had sent my all original documents to them through email and incident form. Will they check it or correct it? Or not?

emotional eating is a real thing. When you're in a toxic team, taking care of your diet can be a real challenge. Even otherwise, it is proven that you stay in a constant space of anxiety, your body is going to store more fat because it feels it needs to. Of course different ppl operate differently.

True, Kayasthas, Brahmins, and Thakurs dominate litigation in Lucknow. Additionally, there are a few good Muslim lawyers. But these communities brutally dominate the bench, bar and all important posts like members of bar councils, etc. Other communities have it hard. Muslims too have it easy since for the sake of representation, they elevate Muslim judges from average lawyers. And yeah most of us juniors dont get paid.
