Do lawyers refer to bare acts while speaking with the client, or do they already know which laws apply and explain their strategy right away? Also, do they refer to the bare acts in court during arguments, or do they primarily use an iPad for accessing laws?

if you want to go into academia with relatively less put in but expensive, id recommend and llm from a good uni outside india. some private uni may take you like munjal or jindal
When me and my parents were visiting a friend of my dad's who lives in Toronto and who studied for an MBA with my dad, my mum became very fascinated with the idea of me studying in Canada (didn't end up happening, obviously). But still, staying with it, my mum asked (without understanding the meaning of this term) if I did study in Toronto, this friend of my dad's would be willing to be my "legal guardian" over there. To which my dad snarkily responded, "There's nothing 'legal' or 'guardian-like' about [his friend]" (the friend is one of those types who can start a conversation with a stranger without hesitation and talk to them as if he knew them for 25 years, and is a heavy drinker, if of interest).
In the same spirit, there is nothing "genuine" or resembling "help" you will ever get on this platform. This ain't the place to look for it.

It’s high time we ban social media influencers from posting nonsense stock tips and ruining people’s lives.
The Mod govt is also to blame. Many people invest in equities to make up for money lost in taxes. It’s a vicious cycle.
And as for a "place" and the point you made about quality:
(a) You are absolutely right. But NLUs (with the obvious exception of NLSIU, and NLSIU only because of its brand name and now the additional factor of Sudhir) aren't good enough for what those kids who didn't get the privileges I did for no fault of their own should get. Anyone who has a problem with those types going to Jindal or the best universities of the world or who doesn't do enough to ensure that they get an opportunity to do so is a deeply flawed person in and of themselves (hint, I am talking about the Jindal admin, many of their students, many of the Indian students/parents of Indian students at some foreign universities of high repute and those people within the administrations of these institutions who talk about "social mobility" but who don't do enough about it).
(b) Regarding "place", I have no "place" to speak of in our society any longer. My only stake is from my past experience. Full disclosure: I have figured out a niche for myself overseas, I have lived outside for such an extended period of time and my circumstances because of this have become such that finding a "place" in India anymore would mean a complete reset for my career, a reset that I am confident I have the tools to manage properly, but which I (i) don't need to do; (ii) more importantly, don't want to do, as I am perfectly happy with my career abroad and don't see myself being within the territorial boundaries of India for anything more than a month at a time per year for the next 40 years or so; and (iii) equally importantly, soon will find very hard to do for regulatory reasons, as I will be eligible shortly to take up a non-Indian passport, an opportunity I will avail myself of the moment it arises.

On a philosophical sense, the Bhagavad Gita answers it even better.
Chapter 2, Verse 47 - कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन | मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि ||
The verse gives four instructions regarding the science of work: 1) Do your duty, but do not concern yourself with the results. 2) The fruits of your actions are not for your enjoyment. 3) Even while working, give up the pride of doership. 4) Do not be attached to inaction. We have the right to do our duty, but the results are not dependent only upon our efforts. A number of factors come into play in determining the results—our efforts, destiny (our past karmas), the will of God, the efforts of others, the cumulative karmas of the people involved, the place and situation (a matter of luck), etc. Now if we become anxious for results, we will experience anxiety whenever they are not according to our expectations. So Shree Krishna advises Arjun to give up concern for the results and instead focus solely on doing a good job. The fact is that when we are unconcerned about the results, we are able to focus entirely on our efforts, and the result is even better than before.
Chapter 5, Verse 20 - न प्रहृष्येत्प्रियं प्राप्य नोद्विजेत्प्राप्य चाप्रियम् | स्थिरबुद्धिरसम्मूढो ब्रह्मविद् ब्रह्मणि स्थित: ||
The section of this verse—neither rejoicing in pleasure, nor lamenting the unpleasant—is the highest ideal of the Vipassanā tradition of meditation in Buddhism. Have a firm understanding of divine knowledge and do not be hampered by delusion, neither rejoice in getting something pleasant nor grieve on experiencing the unpleasant (Basically Stoicism).
It's imperative to understand, nothing depends on luck, everything depends on work because even luck has to work. Focus on the variables, focus on the things that can actually make difference, alienate yourself from the wants, the jealousy, the comparison. True devotion to your work will bring results in a manner you can't even fathom. If you want to understand a more spiritual aspect of this process and actually get rid of this process; I would suggest you to read books on Advaitism, Buddhism and The Bhagavad Gita but if you don't intend to decipher those philosophies, all I have to say is follow Roman's words. It worked well for him, I really hope it does for you as well.
