Argus, CAM acts on $20.3m SBI MF investment into Tube Investments of India

SBI Mutual Fund invested, by way of a preferential allotment, of Rs. 150 crore in Tube Investments of India Limited (“TIIL”), a listed public limited company which is part of the Murugappa Group.

The board of Tube Investment of India (TIIL) has approved raising Rs 350 crore from Azim Premji Trust and SBI Mutual Fund.
