Khaitan, CAM, Herbies, Duane Morris on $175m CONCOR OFS

Khaitan & Co and Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) advised Kotak Securities, ICICI Securities and Citigroup Global Markets on brokering a $175m (Rs 1,165 crore) offer for sale (OFS) by the Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) which was advised by Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Duane Morris.

Khaitan Mumbai executive director Sudhir Bassi, associate partner Madhur Kohli, principal associate Soumya Mohapatra and senior associate Chirayu Chandani, and HSF New York partner Siddhartha Sivaramakrishnan acted for the three brokers.

CAM Delhi partner Aarti Joshi and Duane Morris Singapore director Jamie Benson acted for CONCOR

The OFS was subscribed 1.98 times, reported Mint.

Kian As far as my knowledge goes, Siddharth is based out of the Singapore office of HSF and not the NY office
