Verist Law acts on $26m Borosil buyback

Verist Law advised Borosil Glass Works and Ambit Corporate Finance on the Rs 175 crore ($26m) buyback of Borosil at BSE, through the tender offer route.

Verist founder Srishti Ojha, associate Rahul Mishra and former associate Anubhab Dasgupta acted for Borosil and buyback manager Ambit.

The buyback offer was priced at Rs 2,500 a share and Hindustan Composites owns 4.49 per cent stake in Borosil, reported The Hindu Businessline.

verus is oldest- nujs gang.
verist (srishti) is a few months older than veritas(abhijit joshi). both verist and veritas are newish.

Actually, Srishti's Verist was originally called Veritas, but when Abhijit Joshi launched his firm with the same name, she quietly changed to Verist instead of enforcing her TM.
