“The Competition Commission of India has approved the acquisition of Reliance Industries Holding’s subsidiary Pipeline Infrastructure by India Infrastructure Trust, according to a communication. The Trust is proposed to be registered as an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT),” reported Moneycontrol.
