Given that they look to recruit on deputation basis and have very restrictive approach when looking for candidates. They should just hire from the lawschools on contract basis for the JUNIOR positions. Presently, candidates are eligible for JUNIOR positions if they have 5 years work exp. at some Govt. organisation - as if that equips one in competition law. Law graduates would do a better job and many of them have done courses in competition law and have interest in the area. CCI should just hire law graduates.
