Which country or state is this courtroom supposed to be in? Clearly, no courtoom has heart shaped balloons in it unless it's an Adam Sandler movie and more intriguingly, the last and fifth couple (on the extreme right of this cartoon) are evidently homosexual. Is this California or is the cartoonist a little confused?
