So my query is that what kind of firms should I target for employment, should it be IP Team for T1 firms like KCo, or any specific boutique firms or should I try to go in-house? What is the pay scope in these 3 options, Work Life Balance and chances of growth in monetary terms (not the learning aspect tbh).
