- Ultra - common Layoffs and mounting competition

- Major academic disciplines like MBA, Engineering, IIMs, law and data science either becoming redundant or over saturated
- Toxicty at workplace on peak and no respite like WFH or even hybrid working model across major industries, which saps on the productivity of employees in cities like Delhi, Gurgaon and Bengaluru .
- Outdated syallbus being taught in instutites, wihh wouldn't even qualiy a person for a clerical job.
