Intense internal competition
A lot of opportunities and amazing placements especially foreign placements
Good scholarships and internal unity
All these factors are proportionally lacking in NLIU and NLUJ
1. Reforms in governance of NUJS, to remove political interference through the EC
2. Demand that EC should include at least 2-3 most successful alumni of the university
3. Ask for more transparency - EC & AC must begin uploading all documents and outcome of every meeting on NUJS website publicly
What would removing the VC accomplish? Nothing
Except helping a certain lady in her vendetta
Fun fact: she was behind the previous SJA protest that removed Bhatt as well. She turns on VCs who go against her interests.
SJA needs to stop being pawn in political fights and petty vendetta of facult members. Enough is enough. Do something productive.
It should have never been about NKCOut. Instead concentrate on how to revive, strengthen and make SJA truly independent. That itself is anti-establishment.
Your views?
You think state university VC will be given such importance. Even JNU, BHU or DU VC hardly get that recognition
For reference I am doing the 3 year LLB, in my last year and come from a tier 3 college.
I'm struggling to decide between NLU Odisha and MNLU Mumbai.
Was hoping that here people could help me.
Thanks!

Find people who align with your personality. It takes time, it gets better.
But, these are the names people usually know of.
So, for those who donβt fall in either category and donβt have access to these well known names, how do you decide which chamber to join?
Like, how would you even know what kind of work they do etc. and would you apply randomly?
