1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

By your logic agar bandi suicide kar degi aur bande ka bhi pura career khatam ho jayega that would be fair bc both destroyed each other's careers.
Conclusion - don't interfere with anyone's career and move on.

The guy literally hand held his girl from clat to the point of getting a PPO in a t1 law firm where he's working.
The girl after getting the PPO cheated on the guy and told him to fake off and gave the guy the worst time of his life. It ended on very bitter terms from the girl's side.
Now the guy is thinking if he should tell his close friends and colleagues about this girl and make sure that she doesn't join as everyone will look down upon her because she did the ugliest things. And he's performing his duty to save his colleagues from this betraying snake.
Or he should learn to live with that girl as his junior and let his mental peace go into the garbage can
Or should he look for another job for himself which will lead to a paycut.
What do people do in such situation? How should that guy go through this?
Seeking serious advice from the wise audience.
I’m seeking advice on whether to pursue a Master in Management (MiM) or an MBA. My goal is to switch career fields and work abroad. I have approximately 2 years of experience in IP Law. Given my work experience, would an MBA be more suitable than an MiM?
Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
What worked for me was narrowing down on the areas of law that I liked, and putting most of my effort there. I accepted that I cannot do well in all areas of law, and that is fine. My grades in some courses were terrible, but I scored well in the courses that I liked so on the whole I could maintain a top 10% rank. Similarly, I figured that I didn't like moots, ADR, etc. so I focused only on publications.
Definitely try counselling and therapy to see what works for you, but I think the key is to just sort out where you're good at and where you're not.
One thing i know from my research is that tier 1 law firms are hard to get into with 3 year as they favour 5 year graduates but what about tier 2?
And people who have done 3 year LLB can you let me know where you are career wise, would really appreciate it.
Could someone please help me and let me know what kind of work do they give, which teams to work for and what to avoid. any guidance will be appreciated. thanks.
Both of them seem to be performing similar tasks so why is there a difference in their designations?
Rajouri Garden and CP are also under 45 minutes for everything else.
So, once you stop feeling sorry for yourself, then maybe you can spend the time to figure out why your strategy isn't working - there are likely many reasons why that is happening. For example, if your resume, or the email which contains the resume, is drafted anything like this rant, then you will be rejected. You probably are not sending the resume well in advance, timing it around when firms consider interns for open internship slots, etc.
All of this assumes that your resume is at least half-decent - if not, then that is the place to start.

Get ready for a cracker of a defamation case!! 🤣🤣🤣
Three caveats though:
1. Zee owner Subhash Chandra was a BJP bhakt for decades but has been unhappy ever since the BJP denied him an RS ticket and also gave an LS ticket to his arch enemy Naveen Jindal (Gen Z kids: Google for Naveen Jindal and Zee to know the history).
2. He is also upset that NaMo hasn't helped him with his legal troubles re the Sony acquisition.
3. Chandra hates Rajat Sharma and Aroon Poorie as they are his business rivals (duh).
Regardless, the effects of the stock crash will be felt for months and even years. There is no doubt that some middle-class people have lost their life savings. The government has to do something drastic to reverse the slide, in part because they are responsible for what happened because Nirmala and Amit Shah enthusiastically urged investors to pour in money after the exit polls. So irresponsible of them to make such statements! 😡
Eventually it was taken over by a relative of Meira Kumari and now it is in full control of some middling real estate group (not Merlin which bought Statesman House in Kolkata), which is more interested in the land assets etc. Expect another sale soon.
Statesman now seems to be a ghost. Pity that it hasn't attracted well-meaning attention from the loaded. Although apples and oranges, LI has a similar story.
Statesman used to have a good relation with NUJS in its founding years. Why personal and institutional goodwill wasn't meaningfully converted remains a mystery.

The next fight is the J&K election, then Haryana, Maharashtra and Jharkhand. If the INDI Alliance wins at least two of these states, only then can you guys celebrate.
