See, they how faculties from top institutions of the world. The expectation there is different- yeah one semester, 2 or 3 classes a week and you're done. You can devote more time for other things. In India, NLS offers the best on paper- just 6 hours of teaching in a week plus 2 hours of office hours + meetings and institutional work. Compared to other uni in India, it's not much. But the expectation is to give your best and when you compare it to best of the world, it seems bad.

Anyways, there is no use comparing both metrics as absolute numbers suggest the IMPACT that GNLU is creating on the job market. While possibly better percentages for NALSAR and NUJS indicate their EFFICIENCY. Hence there cannot be accurate comparison via the metric of placement stats if one compares to different batch sizes.

Lol, in metric like faculty publications and research, NUJS has left NLUD behind long back, after most of the star faculty of NLUD left already. Neither in placement nor in student achievements, NLUD came even close. Other than location advantage, it does not have anything to show right now.

Automatic promotions till SA and then no growth. She actively creates hostile situation for counsels to make them leave or just does not promote to partner.

Team is otherwise nice except for this one SA (lateral hire) who is known to be horrible throughout the firm.

Amount of work is usually low but, the team operates weirdly with multiple level reviews which tends to create an artificial environment of having more work.

Overall, do not choose this team if you want to learn, or have some growth in your career.
