Moving to in-house part- here is the tricky thing. Moving to in-house is possible if you are doing EVERYTHING in IP. As in Prosecution + litigation + contracts + transaction and now they want someone who is also aware of IT compliances. It is difficult to find a team which does everything since law firms are based on the model of specialisations. That said, there are positions solely for prosecution, but they are very limited. and prosecution is a very very routine work.
Remuneration part - No, partners are involved only for IP compliance part. that is not an integeral part of any deal. Relax kid.
Lets say you work in a MNC for a couple of years as a lawyer - Adani/ICICI/HCLTech/TCS or a Tier 1/2 law firm. You can show your future clients that you have some credible work experience which can be transferred in the freelance role (Contracts/Compliance/M&A)
Most folks who work in litigation and put profiles on fiver or up work because of some law sikho course end up getting very few work.

This is shocking, especially after they hyped their new "WORLDS LARGEST MOOT COURT HALL," only to scrap one of their only longstanding flagship on-campus events. Meanwhile, their Instagram, LinkedIn, and faculty keep posting about hosting record teams for Jessup nationals—did those constraints magically vanish (Delhi seems to be more polluted than ever and they're clearly not having trouble in hosting events), or was Vis ditched to prioritise Jessup? (Note: We need two mandatory pre-moots for Vienna/HK quals, and they just robbed us of prime practice amid their admin mess and politics going on!)
The real reason the TMC wins is because of freebies and doles to the poor, that’s it. Same as the BJP in MP. Nothing to do with Bangladeshis and Rohingyas.
