Congratulations for getting published and trying to keep the fire alive. Unfortunately, a golden opportunity to take control of the narrative and nail NKC & Co has been squandered. The focus unfortunately is on the slippery SH order of SC, which may get modified in near future. More importantly, this article yet again failed to produce documented instances of financial wrongdoing by NKC and his cronies. Glaringly, the SJA leadership is missing from the entire exercise. Contrast this with SJA ownership of student protests leading to the ouster of PIB. Just search YT for NUJS Nite videos from 2016 onwards or slightly earlier. PIB and his gang were well entrenched and yet it was common knowledge to rank and file of NUJS officialdom that the mere whisper of SJA brass, esp a certain Prez (who began early as CR) would cause PIB and his campus friends scoot. Ask the PA (assuming honest answers will be given). All this without any violence and farcical gheraos. At no point SJA had the numbers that came this time to secure it's objectives. But they succeeded, incrementally, to get the damning documentation. They chiseled down the cabal (to the extent they could) with univ own documents.
The 47 demands remain unknown to the world and potential allies. The allegations remain unsubstantiated. The VC keeps playing victim without any effective counter. There is no answer on how the complicit SJA got summarily fobbed off and maybe rightly so due to lack of persuasive documentation. And lastly, the faculty members who goaded the students to aimlessly protest continue making us fools with greater audacity. Then again with friends such as SJA who needs...
That's what NUJS needs.
Secondly, many people put BD/CD, and don't attend office. It is the partners who are guilty of doing this more often. But the owner seems to be targeting the associates for this, and not his partners. Ignorance.
Thirdly, how can somebody target Mr. Ojha like this. Mr. Ojha works so diligently and has sweated for the firm. Ungrateful.
Fourthly, owner knows very well that senior partners won't follow this. But for the sake of writing, it has been mentioned everybody needs to follow this policy. Lame.
Fifthly, the direct consequence is non-entitlement of discretionary bonus. Even for other non-compliance like non-adherence to AI policy, WFH policy, not attending office parties, not filling time-sheets, and not filling appraisal forms on time etc, the discretionary bonus can go for a toss. So billing basically has no role. Unprofessional.
Sixthly, the senior-most female partner (who is also part owner) neither comes to office nor will follow this policy. Nepotism.
(PS: Owner thinks that if deal announcements will have names of associates, then other firms/companies will poach them. Other firms will only poach from owner's firm and not from CAM/SAM/AZB/Trilegal/Khaitan, just because the owner believes so.)
Bhai don't be jerk

Thank you for the mail and hope your short trip in the US is going well. We care a lot about your feelings wrt confidentiality obligations and firm policies. We really really appreciate your attention to the matter.
On a side note, could you please let us know when our arrears, payable since March 31, 2025, will be cleared? Request you to please shift your focus to this, your poor associates are falling behind on their monthly EMIs.
Love and only love,
Founder and Managing Ass(ociate)
The owner, who is in the US right now, has sent a follow up mail about breach of confidentiality. He is mad about this being posted here, and has directed the IT guy to "investigate" 🤣🤣
The whole floor is gossiping and mocking this in Noida lmao
Also, he has told that even leaking this specific follow-up mail would amount as brach of confidentiality.
I might lose my job, but my endeavour to keep you all entertained will persist 🤣🤣
2. I basically want to move to a company at some point.
3. What are the options for working in a company?
"The police said the professor had paid for three replica artifacts from the museum’s collection. However, he was found with four items.
"A police officer said the teacher claimed he had bought some artefacts at the museum and accidentally took the replica in his bag."
Hostel facilities, especially for girls, are abysmal. “Washrooms were under renovation for an entire month while we had to use them. It was horrible. Female students couldn’t access the washrooms when workers were present,” a student said.
“Most projectors, plug points don’t work. Air conditioners break down every two months, and every single classroom has water damage,” the leader said.
Classroom conditions have become hazardous with widespread water seepage, malfunctioning equipment, and exposed electrical wiring during the monsoon. “There is a lot of seepage in the classrooms, and it worsens when it rains. They get flooded, and it’s not safe,” a student said.
Complaining about unhygienic conditions on campus, one student said: “There were snakes roaming around”. Girls in a separate hostel had to get food delivered inside because they were afraid to step out.
Students report multiple injuries from slips and falls, including one where a student suffered spinal damage. “We’ve had disabled students fall down… people on crutches. It’s that bad,” one student said.
After months of inaction, students took matters into their own hands. They purchased and installed anti-slip mats throughout the campus.

You just need to make an account to read the book online. Quite a pity that it cannot be downloaded without putting in considerable effort to bypass the site's anti-copy protection.
