I'm a 25 year old Associate (A2 level) at a top Law Firm earning about 16 Lakhs per annum. I had very little exposure to Corp law in my last law firm which is why I quit. I got my current job on the basis of a contact. It's been several months since I joined but I'm barely getting any work. Others have work but I don't. To be honest, even when I ask seniors for feedback or why I'm getting less work nobody criticises me or says it has anything to do with my work. I feel hard done by because I feel people at this firm haven't even given me enough opportunities to show myself. For my experience I have very limited exposure.
