We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

They flood social media with success stories (often with stock photos or staged testimonials).
Negative reviews are buried or attacked by fake positive ones.

What is it this time? I'll tell you what it is! We go from having a Harvard man - LLM + SJD - who was also ex Sullivan and Cromwell (not to mention being a serious thinker and writer about, and scholar of, the law) being CJI, to having... who exactly? The guy that played truant at university? โฎโฎโฎ?
You may do a Bar&Bench search on this senior partner, and understand the ph value of his toxicity.
Where people and their hardwork are not given values, and every work is called a 'not good work'. It is not recommended to waste your golden years, in such a team. I have been a part of this team, and have worked there for almost 2-3 years. Think wisely, before you regret again.
If you want yourself to feel (a) rejected, (b) de-moralised, (c) feel like you are good for nothing, (d) like your parents made a mistake by giving you birth, then please do join, else dont! Have heard horrible stories from insiders in AZB about this guy, who made junior's life difficult. I have been a junior to him once in some other firm, and i thank god that I didnt spoil my career much with him, and god saved me from his behaviour, rudeness, non-sense arguments.

Finally, letโs look at the bottom line. The alleged perpetrator of the rape has been arrested and there is clear evidence which will probably lead to a conviction.
- Is skin colour important? Should brown skin thumbs up be preferred to yellow skin?
- Is the laugh-cry emoji a no-no, because of its appropriation by the far-right to mock the left and marginalised groups? Should a simple smiley or skull be used?
The problem has arisen with the last three batches of judges. The appointment has been done in high numbers since 2018-2019, without, any construction of houses (or court complexes for that matter). Delhi, in view of its population, needs even more judges, which is why the HC is regularly appointing more judges- but the infrastructure for the new officers is in the hands of executive i.e. delhi govt, and not the HC. There is a clear lack of coordination between the government and the HC. Currently, there are writ petitions ongoing before the HC regarding lack of accomodation, the fruits of which can be seen only in the next 3-4 years.
Having said that - once you get an accommodation, after a few years of waiting, you have it till you turn 60. So it really is a matter of time only.
Bar council is already over burdened with no time for legal education . Many times people would have tried to complaint to bci about their own college standard but nothing happens . Better would be to approach ugc, or ur state higher education regulator through email .or the Chancellor of univ if it is governor .read the act establishing your uni.
Bci is not useful they wont give heed
