Not even one student of 2025 batch made it to SAM, AZB or KCO.
One made it to ▮▮▮ through personal connection & another to ▮▮▮ through sheer hard work.
2024 batch students were phenomenal and exceptional so do not count. 2023 batch had bad placements too.
The last time SAM came to Nirma for placement was 2021 & that too because of former director. The current director has further hampered job prospects by introducing stringent attendance policy.
It is true that ILNU has increased batch size to 300, resulting in poor faculty to student ratio. The faculties are getting hired for quantity sake now - turning out to be extremely poor.
Drainage and dengue have always been issue since time immemorial. At least, 30 students in each batch suffer every monsoon.
The biggest dilemma for JGLS is that it is the only Indian law school to be part of the Law Schools Global League.

Koc University in Turkey (which is an elite private law school in Istanbul) is part of the LSGL and has old ties with JGLS. If JGLS snaps ties with Koc on explicity political grounds, will JGLS be obliged to quit the LSGL as well, since the LSGL is an apolitical institution? That also means snapping ties with other LSGL members like Georgetown, Northwestern, KCL, Edinburgh, UNSW, Queensland, Stockholm etc.

This might be wishful thinking but if I get a good place and they agree to give me long term internships that I could balance with my NLU studies, I’d prefer that.
But the corporate memberships will run out when you leave the firm or company. That is when you will need it the most, once you're retired. It's always better to apply for a personal membership as early as you can. There are good club memberships available in Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, for around 30 lakhs (if you don't want to endure the 15-20 years waitlists). Delhi and Mumbai have almost no scope to get club memberships anymore (except IIC, which is a lottery), but the other cities are more manageable.

PA1s earn about 48-50 lakhs LPA as fixed component and 15-16 lakhs as bonus.

Therefore, the question you want to ask yourself is: how high is that placement rate and how strong an indication is it of what happens at a particular university? For example, out of a batch of 120, if 110 register with the RCC and 100 get jobs, then you have something worthwhile to go on. That's because after that, the only question that remains to be asked is: what happened to the balance number of students who didn't register with the RCC? (Forget about those 10 who didn't get a job through it, they would, eventually, at some point, most likely.) Don't assume, also, that non-registration with an RCC is an indication of student quality or something. In many such cases, such people would have gone on to undertake further study at the master's level abroad, or to undertake vacation schemes and training contracts at foreign law firms etc (obviously, in Jindal, it is a different story I think, whereby you have to obtain a certain batch rank/marks to even be eligible to register for the RCC, but that's not necessarily the case at most places).
I am a student of BO'25, and have got a PPO in a T2 firm in its PE/VC practice. I never had good english skills, either written or spoken. Now as I am going to start as an associate soon, I understand that I'll have to send emails to clients on a daily basis, engage in strategic discussions, draft technical documents, etc. Tho, I think I am decent with the work, however, I have a big fear in my find that due to poor english skills - I'll not be able to grow in this field. Can you all please suggest me how I can improve my english skills and how to ensure that this doesn't becomes an obstacle for my future growth. Thank you.

You would have no other choice but to do corporate, any other profession would not allow you to repay this loan.
You may feel that you will do well in college BUT what if you just could not? And godforbid by the time you graduate there aren't just enough high-paying jobs?
Committing to such a loan would burn more bridges then creating. Hence, I would strongly suggest, settle for a lower NLU. NUALS has got a Rhoades scholar, RMLNLU rocks the public service examinations, NLUO has performed really well in recent years, CNLU also has a good record in judicial services examination, MNLU-N has got a freaking course for judiciary. Explore your options wisely, you can also consider taking a partial drop while taking admission where you can and re-attempt next year, this might save you 50 lacs. Can someone tell how can i make my cv strong , i have done 1 corporate specific internship at a boutique lawfirm and having internship at some tier 3 or middle level reputable lawfirm. I have done a course also in contract drafting also. Can anyone tell how can i improve my contract drafting skills and what other skills are important for getting internship, which i can later on convert into retainership and then a PPO.
Main issue with yezdi is that they keep trying to copy, rather than just doing something original, yezdi adventure copies lot of stuff from Himalayan and still manages to be underwhelming in terms of power and handling. Same with roadster. Yezdi has tried to make a comeback recently with reducing price and improving service to its vehicles, let's see how it goes. Lastly they make amazing ADVs yes but they aren't doing much to seperate themselves from their competitors.
