The partners are quite nice, and the pay, from what I have heard, is 12 (fixed). The biggest downsides of the firm are its limited access to resources (even the most basic like SCCOnline, they have Manupatra though) and perhaps its coffee.

As a consultant, your job would be to fill forms for clients for various rankings, draft their LinkedIn announcements, and get their articles published on BB etc. A lot of upcoming law firms (invariably the bulk of their clients) treat consultants rather badly.
