We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.
Therefore, in using the site, you must agree to do your best to uphold these community guidelines.
Note that what you find here is written and moderated by anonymous people on the internet.
Therefore everything you read here is very likely unverified, rumour, speculation and/or downright false.
In continuing to read anything here, you must therefore agree not to take anything you read here as factual and that you will exercise due caution, diligence and common sense before acting on any information you may come across here.
You also agree to report any inaccurate or malicious comments with the buttons. Moderators take action within 24 hours, as required and appropriate under law.
Our full terms and conditions apply too.
Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?
a. If NALSAR is investing in these in-house profs by paying them stipend for their phd, they should have a preferntial claim to be retained if not regularised.
b. There have been instances before where integrated LLM-Ph.D students have been hired as assitant professors before completing their phds (and they have done phenomenal work).
c. Students claim that they must be consulted even though there is no positive obligation on the university (via UGC regulations) to consult them during the hiring process.
d. The last round of recruitments, as many at NALSAR claim, has been questionable. And, NALSAR has been bleeding of good faculties since Fuzzy's term was not renewed.
What is LI's take on this?
cons: desi clients so no WLB, taskmaster seniors who control the EP instead of it being the other way around, high churn rate

NLUD 28 batch will be far better than their 28 NLS, NALSAR counterparts!
And then there is silence. Uninterrupted by disagreement or even acknowledgement of what has been said, the silence grows longer.
Resentment. It is thick in the air, unspoken and accepted as the norm. A curious sentiment that swells disproportionately, oblivious to the efforts to suppress it.
Anger, because it is easier than being upset. The righteousness that anger comes with soothes better than hurt would.
Guilt. Maybe theyβre right. Heaven knows Iβm no expert.
Fear. What if they fire me if I mess it up? Iβm already pushing buttons by not knowing things that I canβt possibly know but am supposed to know.
Pride. I can do it overnight and send it by dawn, I know. Iβm here because I have it in me to do this, even if Iβm tired of proving it.
I do it, and Iβm tired but satisfied. They donβt review it for a week.
That liberal social media platforms deplatformed them.
That if you said that COVID was possibly a Chinese bio weapon in development that leaked you were called a racist and unhinged.

Any updated on the Trilegal PPO Hiring scenes for 2026 batch
Last year we were getting approx 1200-1300 rank at 50 marks. I see the same happening. For PSUs again you need to comfortably get around 90. Let's see what happens, but in my understanding easy-modrate question paper.
24 passages are new norm, thus it won't play that big of a role in cutoffs.
It is evident that the passing-the-parcel model of consortium leadership is at the root of this rot. A mediocre consortium is injecting its mediocrity, and sapping the best. The top guns need to get out of it's cancerous clutches before the mediocre monster devours them all.

How is the culture, pay, timings?
Would it reflect adversely on my CV if I resign in just 5 months without having any other job offer? In my current mental and physical state I can't even prep/show up for interviews so I need to rest and recover before I apply elsewhere.
Any advice as to what to do would be most welcome. Above all else, please be kind and refrain from any hateful/obnoxious replies.
