ELP - Good for tax/ trade/ real estate-12.5k as stipend, intern for the remaining part of your final year till grad and hope to get absorbed as there is no fixed tenure. Not sure about the pay which I think is 10-12lpa.

DSK- Tough to get in, the last time i check the stipend was 7.5k, low possibility of conversion into placement except maybe the RE team.

LKS- Good for tax, mid for Corp- min. 4-6months, 20k stipend, may/may not get absorbed, depends of team requirement and performance, I think pay is 14+ bonus.

Ive worked inhouse ever since graduation. Worked in Manufacturing for a year, then joined an AIF which is also part of a larger group which has an NBFC. Started at a horribly low salary of 16k a month at the manufacturing company. Fast forward 2 years and i make 14LPA fixed at my 2nd AIF. Work life balance is unbeatable. 5 day work week. pretty much no work on weekends. Can take days off with little to no problems. Timings are great. Comparing to my friends working in firms, the pay is obvi lower but the mental peace and work life balance is unparalleled. In house has good progession as long as youre in the right industry and know how to leverage your position. The Finance industry, imo, provides the best in house roles. It also helps that I want to pivot into an mba down the line so it looks great on my future application too. And my job description is the exact same as what youve mentioned. There is no comparable history or evidence of exclusion of gay lesbian and bisexual people from universities, schools, and jobs. If there are individual instances of harassment or discrimination based on sexual orientation then one can still sue that company in civil court. I would support a non discrimination law- but not a reservation one because of the lack of evidence.

Many intersex people do not even know they are intersex until well past the age of puberty.I havent heard of any employer anywhere that requires you to undergo chromosomal karyotyping or blood tests on the basis of which they would exclude you anyway.

I am seeking guidance because I find myself in a distressing situation. Initially, I struggled to cope, which led to three arrears in my first semester. However, I managed to clear those by my third semester. While my marks and percentile have improved, the progress hasn’t been significant. I currently lack connections but am gradually building them. Although I don't have external moot court experience, I have participated in all the internal moot courts. I have completed three paper presentations, and one is on its way to publication. I am feeling anxious about internships. I have completed three internships: one with an NGO, and another with the Deputy Solicitor General of the circuit bench in Jalpaiguri, and I am currently interning with a boutique firm that deals with corporate law and intellectual property rights. I worry that my current experience won’t be impressive enough, and I fear that tier 1 or tier 2 firms might not consider my application due to my past difficulties. I am concerned they might think I’m not serious or that my application is a prank. I am in a poor mental state and would appreciate guidance from someone.
