In my opinion you should avoid discussing political views and should kept within yourself . you just observe other people thoughts and try to analyze in your mind internally and try to chose your group wisely on your observation .
My main query is could I move to a law firm at a later date with this experience like people from ICICI do or would that not be possible?

I am a non-jrf student, and I am currently working in litigation. I wish to join academia. Is the PhD process fair ? I am not worried about the written, as I feel I'll clear that easily. I am more worried about the biasness in the interview. Can anyone from a non-nlu or non-nluD candidate help out ?!

If 1st is a tier 2 (argus, indus, etc) and the 2nd expected offer is a proper tier 1 (excluding saraf), you might have to consider and take a call on your circumstances (reasonable possibility of offer, rank etc). But if the retainer is upwards of 14L, just take it.
I've been actively applying for jobs on every platform I can think of—Naukri, law firm websites, LinkedIn, and more. Although I come from a Tier 2 law school, I have a strong resume. Still, despite my efforts over the past 1-2 months, I’m struggling to land a job in a corporate law firm.
The offers I’ve received so far are either for in-house positions or companies with limited growth opportunities and demanding massive shifts.
I am genuinely passionate about working in a corporate law firm, but nothing seems to be working out. Has anyone been in a similar situation or have any advice on breaking into the corporate law sector?
Anyways if you can’t shift your business to NYC I would any day prefer living on golf course road. But then that’s just me.
