I know I am not at a luxury to reject a PPO, but so far I have interned with 3 banded tier ones in my practise area and have been able to convert all of them into a callback (only pursued one, where the PPO is from) and others are still lined up. I have the callbacks scheduled for this year, and I am in my 5th year currently. Another factor to consider would be that I dont know how much hiring the team is done with, and what my chances would be after DayZ in T1s end. Can I reject this PPO and bank on the fact that something good will come from these callbacks? (though I personally think I am well beyond the timeline)
Honestly, everything aside, I just don't have a very good feeling about working here. Something in my gut just clenches at the idea. Should I not go ahead with it, and try my luck somewhere else?
I am very confused about this. What should I do? Please I genuinely need some advice.

Answer: The fact that they haven't been cursed by the burden of having you as a student.
They won Vis East, Top 8 in Vis Vienna, Have ended up in top 4 in Moots like Oxford Price media, Stetson, Oxford IPR, Frankfurt, Jackson, jean pickett etc etc
In ADRs too they have won NALSAR, NUJS, NLIU Competitions and ended top 8 in CDRC Vienna
All this is in 2024 itself
Are they being aggressively incentivised by the admin or they just overachievers? Or is it because of new VC?
But youโre right, unite and shame the politicians and babus and businessmen into funding good things for the country. And not just fight amongst yourselves while these psychos stuff hundreds and thousands of crores up their ass.
First batch after modification of guidelines by SC in may 2023.

Exposure wise there are several think tanks and ngos, vidhi delhi, ikigai, trustbridge, nipfp which hire with bachelors degrees. ORF is another org, but harder to get into.
Ideally, law firm experience prior to joining public policy organisations helps a lot. Although, one might find it hard to quit a high paying law firm job to a public policy think tank (from financial perspective) without substantial interest. Further, there may be a glass ceiling in public policy organisations.
That being said, public policy work is indeed quite fulfilling, so it'd be a great idea if you enjoy researching for hours at end and writing.
not sure whether retiring or not feels unlikely to me
