In this market there are a lot of passable lawyers, very few who solve problems, retain clients, gets more done and reduces headache of their employers

A CS shall not approve an audited financial statement unless he understands what the CA guy has done. If he does then penalty will be charged on the company including him as he is a officer in default.
Corporate governance needs wealth maximisation of a firm so that the share holders are happy. A CS shall take care of CG that includes financial management. No lawyer can do financial management.
Sale of goods or transfer of property shall be passed in the general meeting for share holders approval. If a CS simply pass it without the knowledge of TPA act or registration act then the company will be in trouble.
So a CS shall have a legal knowledge in all field plus accounting knowledge like CA because when a CA does any mistake the whole burden comes on CS head. And if a lawyer makes a mistake again CS is responsible.
That is the reason the ICSI is making all the candidate to fail so that the cream of passed out shall know their responsibility.

If I can be brutally honest, even I myself don’t know the name of the river and the name of the sea, although I have retweeted the slogan on my TL. I thought it meant Dead Sea or Red Sea, but that just saw on Google that it’s neither! Anyway, from a humanitarian standpoint we can simply say that millions of children are being killed that is wrong even if you don’t know the history and geography of the conflict. Even the ICJ has said it is wrong.
