Piramal Enterprises invested “bought non-convertible debentures (NCD) of Sanghi Industries Ltd, the flagship company of the Ravi Sanghi Group, worth Rs 265.50 crore, Piramal Enterprises said in a statement to stock exchanges on Thursday”

Investing in NCDs doesn't amount to buying a company. Has this article been proof read?
