JSA Delhi partner Sidharrth Shankar and associates Shantanu Jindel and Priyam Singh acted for PVR.

AZB Delhi partner Vinati Kastia and senior associate Shiladitya Banerjee acted for L Capital.

AZB and JSA had also advised on L Capital Eco’s Rs 108 crore investment in PVR in 2012.
