Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Suez Environnement and Degremont on its majority stake buy in Driplex Water Engineering and Driplex Water Engineering International from Driplex’ promoters KL Jain and family who were advised by Desai & Diwanji.

Suez, according to SAM’s press release, has geared up to respond more effectively to India’s increasing industrial water demand and stringent environmental regulations through this deal.
