Tatva Legal advised Hyderabad-based IT company Cyient in buying a 51 per cent stake in data analytics start-up Invati Insights, which was advised by Tempus Law Associates in Hyderabad.

Tatva Legal partner Rajeev Reddy and associate Shivacharan Reddy acted for Cyient.

Tempus partner P Raviprasad and associates Ashwin Krishnan and Puja Nair acted for Invati.

The acquisition was reportedly worth $5m, according to VC Circle which said that post the acquisition Cyient will be renamed Cyient Insights.
