Trilegal acts for Japan‘s M3 in buy from AZB-client Health Care at Home

Japanese healthcare media giant M3 has acquired a stake in Health Impetus Private Limited - which offers disease management services - from its existing shareholder, Health Care at Home India Private Limited, and by subscribing to equity shares in the target for an undisclosed amount.

Health Care at Home India had only bought Health Impetus last month, according to VCCircle.

Trilegal conducted due diligence and drafted and negotiated transaction documents, with partner Ashwyn Misra, counsel Shamin Shah and associate Jeet Chaudhuri.

Health Care at Home and Health Impetus were represented by AZB & Partners Delhi partners Gautam Saha and Heena and associate Vinit Nalavadi.
