Verus, Wadia Ghandy on $82m ABRL borrowing from Yes Bank

Verus advised Aditya Birla Retail on its Rs 500 crore unsecured, unlisted, redeemable non-convertible debentures issued to Yes Bank. The investors were advised by Wadia Ghandy.
