AZB, JSA delist Baring’s $400m Hexaware from BSE

Baring Private Equity Asia has taken one step closer to selling software services company Hexaware Technologies Ltd that it acquired seven years ago, starting with buying out shareholders to take it private.

AZB & Partners advised Hexaware Technologies Limited led by a team of partners Zia Mody and Vaidhyanadhan Iyer, senior associates Sneha Nagvekar and Vasudha Asher.

Update 27 June 2020: J Sagar Associates (Jsa) acted for Baring led by partners Vikram Raghani and Anand Lakra, with associates Ami Shah and Ankit Kumar.

Hexaware transaction has just been initiated - other firms are also representing the merchant bankers. Why is this selective reporting being done for delisting for AZB?
