UK-headquartered Xeros Technology Group has signed a deal with India’s Ramsons, one of the largest garment finishing equipment suppliers in South Asia, to develop a range of innovative, sustainable garment finishing equipment. Xeros said the deal, signed last week, provides Ramsons Garment Finishing Equipments Ltd with an exclusive license for the manufacture and sale of Xeros-enabled garment finishing and dyeing equipment in South Asia and other selected countries, with denim finishing as the first focus area.

Bangalore-based firm Lawyers At Work, up in 2012, advised Ramsons India led by a team of partner Talha Salaria and associate Ritu Baagria.

Xeros UK was represented by its in-house legal team.
