“Daiko Advertising Inc, a full-service advertising company headquartered in Japan’s Osaka, has acquired a majority stake in New Delhi-based creative advertising agency From Here On Communications Pvt. Ltd (FHO) for an undisclosed amount,” reported VCCircle.

clientDaiko was advised by Acuity Law led by managing partner Souvik Ganguly with associates Ayushi Toshniwal and Ashwin Gowda, assisting in conducting legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating the definitive agreements and closing the said acquisition, according to Acuity’s press release.
