ALMT shoots for Brazilian JV partner role in Jindal-Taurus JV to make small guns

Delhi-based Jindal Defence, part of O P Jindal Group, today announced its foray into small arms manufacturing in India via a joint venture (JV) agreement with Taurus Armas S.A., of Brazil.

ALMT Legal Bangalore advised Taurus Armas SA led by a team of partner Rajat Bopaiah, and associates Aman Singh Poras, Natasha Ponnappa, Ann Alexander.

Taurus Armas was also advised by in-houser Neandro Lazaron and Brazilian law firm, Nasser Sociedade de Advogados.

The Jindal Group was advised by its in-house legal team led by counsel Navneet Raghuvanshi.
