Argus, Samvad act on Intech investment by DMG MORI

“DMG MORI announced that it has acquired a 30% stake in INTECH, a developer of software for additive manufacturing, machine learning and artificial intelligence. INTECH is among the pioneers in metal 3D printing in India and already supplies software solutions for DMG’s selective laser melting machines, among others. The terms of the deal were not disclosed,” according to ET.

Argus Partners advised Intech DMLS Private Limited & its founder, Sridhar Balaram led by a team of senior partner Siddharth Raja and associate Monica Umesh.

Samvad Partners advised Gildemeister Beteiligungen Gmbh led by a team including partner Harish Narasappa, senior associate Vandana V and associate Manali Kakatkar.
