DigiHealth Technologies LLP, a wholly-owned entity of ABCD Technologies LLP and now to be renamed as IndoHealth Services LLP has acquired 66.02% stake in AIOCD Pharmasofttech Awacs, though a combination of direct purchase of 50% ownership interest in AWACS and an indirect purchase of 16.02% ownership interest through acquisition of 32.04% shareholding interest in Trikaal Mediinfotech, reported Business Standard and Outlook India.
