Marston (Holdings) Limited bought 100% in Indian AI start-up LogicValley Technologies Private Limited.

“Parktrade is Marston’s third acquisition of 2019, following that of air quality and moving traffic monitoring specialist, Videalert, and Indian artificial intelligence software developer Logic Valley,” according to Credit Strategy.

Bharucha Singh Mundkur advised UK company Marston Holdings Limited led by partner Alka Bharucha.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised the sellers.
