Adani Logistics Limited proposed a joint venture with NYK Auto Logistics (India) Private Limited (NALI), a subsidiary of Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha, Japan, through a newly incorporated joint venture company (JVC) that will, amongst other things, undertake business of providing the logistics services to the automotive industry pursuant to the Automobile Freight Train Operator Scheme formulated by the Ministry of Railways, Government of India., according to reports.
