“Private sector lender IndusInd Bank Ltd on Tuesday said that it has signed a share purchase agreement with Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Limited, (IL&FS) and other minority shareholders to acquire 100% of IL&FS Securities Services Limited, (ISSL), a subsidiary of IL&FS,” according to Mint (which was aborted in November 2018).

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Limited and IL&FS Securities Services Limited led by a team of managing partner Cyril Shroff, and partners Manisha Kumar, Shruti Rajan and Bharat Budholia.

Also advising was S&R Associates Mumbai advised IndusInd Bank Limited led by a team including partners Rajat Sethi and Sudip Mahapatra, and associates Jagriti Mohata, Dhruv Nath and Akanksha Sharma.
