Pune-based facility management business CLR Facility Services has bought a majority stake in Mumbai-based Hindustan Facilities, reported VC Circle. CLR is backed by the domestic investment firm, IndiaNivesh Fund.

Clove Legal acted as the legal advisors to Hindustan Facilities and was led by partner Dharmesh Kotadia, and associate Ashita Songara.

The IC Universal Legal team advised CLR Facilitiy Serviceson the transaction, led by partner Puneet Shah and associate Dhruma Paronigar.

Establised in 2009, Hindustan Facilities provides housekeeping and specialized services, having presence in over 10 states across the country and boasting a client base including corporate offices, multiplexes, IT and real estate companies.

The current acquisition by CLR Facility is expected to aid the company’s facilities management services business in the expansion and in providing specialised cleaning solutions to customers across the country.
